This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on https://nextjewells.com using online payment methods supported by Razorpay.

Order Cancellation:

Customers may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or shipped. Cancellation requests must be sent to support@nextjewells.com with the order ID.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are applicable only if the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete. Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images or videos.

Refund Processing:

Upon verification and approval, refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Refundable Items:

Customized jewellery, personalized items, and products damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear are not eligible for refunds.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping or handling charges, if applicable, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
